We offer the following as an introduction to your online tour reservation prior to you completing and submitting online. We always encourage each passenger to call our office and speak to one of our Tour Department Representatives before submitting their online order ONLY IF they have any concerns or questions. Along the way to submitting your online tour reservation, you will be required to check several boxes indicating that you read, agreed, and fully understood (1) Our Terms & Conditions, (2) That you are being charged the FULL trip amount that was shown prior to submitting your reservation and not just a deposit, and (3) That you understood that a refund is only allowed if it meets our refund policy. In checking these boxes, you have agreed to all of these terms, conditions, and policies before you viewed the Grand Total being charged on the "Final Step" screen.

Carefully review trip itineraries as some are Non-Refundable! Again, if you have questions or concerns, please call our office and speak to a Tour Department Representative.
Please understand that no charges will be made to your credit card until seating availability has been confirmed by our office on the very next business day. Initially you will receive an email verification, acknowledging your reservation. If seating is available according to your reservation, your credit card charge will process within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). The initial email that you will receive after submitting your online order is your verification we have received your reservation. However, this does not confirm you have officially been booked on the trip(s), it only confirms your online tour reservation was successfully submitted.
Once we confirm seat availability, your credit card will be charged. As you checked and agreed during your online tour reservation, FULL PAYMENT is the agreed amount that will be charged to your credit card, not a deposit!! It will be clearly listed on the final page, listed as "Grand Total".
Within (7) seven days after our receipt of your credit card approval, you will receive via first class USPS mail, your Official Confirmation with suggested pickup information, and PRELIMINARY trip itinerary.
When we are approximately (7 to 10) seven to ten days from your trip's departure date, you will receive via first class USPS mail, your FINAL boarding documents, which include your Final Itinerary with notice of the pickup location you selected, tip envelopes, parking passes, and luggage tags (for overnight tours only).
For over 20 years, ALL Onondaga Coach Tours have assigned seating. You keep your same seat for the duration of the entire trip. We do not rotate or adjust seats during any of our tours. Booking early has it's perks as we fill our bus from the front towards the back. We do our best to honor seat location requests, however, we can't guarantee them.
It's extremely important that you make the office aware of other individuals/parties that either called into our office or booked online separately, that you would like to sit near each other or together. Without notice, we have no way of knowing there is a connection between these separate bookings or that your seats should be together. We can not be held responsible for this.
Terms and conditions are in effect at time of booking and are subject to change, modification or adjustment as necessary. Special requests are given every consideration, however, not guaranteed.
